Return/Exchange request need to be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

In case of return, shipping charges will be deducted on actual onwards and returns. In case of the defect from our end or transit damage, shipping charges will not be deducted.
Due to hygiene reasons, teethers and rattles are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return process will be briefed directly over call, WhatsApp or email once the request is accepted.
In case of exchange, the existing order will be picked up and the amount will be refunded back. You can place a new order from your end.
Refund will be initiated within 48hrs (Prepaid orders) once the product is received back at our facility.
Order cancellation request needs to be made before the order is dispatched. Shipping charges will be deducted in case the order is dispatched.
